We want you to love the experience Neo offers. That’s why we give every parent the chance to try before they buy. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund.

1. Free Trial Policy

All new users get a 7-day free trial of Neo Premium.

You won’t be charged during this period. If you decide Neo isn’t right for your child, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends—and you won’t be billed.

2. Subscription Billing

Once your trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged ₹649/month (unless cancelled). This subscription renews every month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime—no questions asked.

Cancelling stops future payments, but does not refund the current month.

Example: If you cancel halfway through the month, you will still have access until the end of your billing cycle. You won’t be charged next month.

4. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused days.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

You were charged after cancelling during the trial

You experienced a technical issue that prevented access

You were billed incorrectly due to a system error

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at hi@neoapp.club within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Third-Party Billing

If you purchased Neo Premium through the App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through their respective support channels.

Neo cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

6. Our Commitment
