Welcome to Neo! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Neo app, website, and services (collectively referred to as “Neo”, “we”, or “our”).
By using Neo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Who Can Use Neo
Neo is designed for children between the ages of 8 and 12. If you’re a parent or guardian, you must consent to your child’s use of Neo. Children under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
To access certain features, you’ll need to create an account. Keep your login info safe, and don’t share your account with others. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
Neo Premium offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you’ll be charged ₹649/month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused features unless required by law.
4. Content and Usage
Neo includes games, challenges, stories, and insights designed for educational purposes. All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
You agree not to misuse the app, hack it, or interfere with other users.
5. Safety and Privacy
We are committed to keeping Neo a safe, child-friendly space. We don’t show ads or collect unnecessary personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.
6. Modifications to the Service
We’re always working to improve Neo. We may update features or change our services from time to time. We reserve the right to do so with or without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neo if you violate these terms or use the app inappropriately. You may also delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to ensure the quality of our content, Neo is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Bengaluru.
